Partial Wedding Planning

​For the couple seeking assistance in sourcing the best vendors, as well as expert support. Partial planning includes six meetings with Niamh, plus up to seven hours of pre-wedding work exclusively focused on you and your wedding needs.

​Partial Planning includes:

Up to six (6) meetings between planner and clients

Up to seven (7) hours of work exclusively focused on your wedding (may include vendor sourcing, phone calls, design, wedding website assistance, additional meetings, etc)

Access to my preferred vendor list

Unlimited contact via email

Decor list for your reference

Shared google info doc for our mutual reference and updates

Monthly email or phone check-ins with Niamh

Review vendor contracts

Niamh will attend final pre-wedding vendor meetings via zoom or phone

Customized Wedding Design

​The look and feel of your wedding can be as special and unique as your love story. When you choose Sweetie Pie Weddings as your event designer, I start with a fun yet structured "getting to know you" process. We will chat about your wedding vision, your likes and dislikes, and your unique story as a couple. After our initial Q&A, I will create a custom design board as our visual starting point. With your feedback, I can fine-tune these ideas, until we've created a unique wedding design that feels like "home" to you both. Next, I will connect you with the most trusted and talented vendor creatives to make your vision come to life, and will be the main point of contact for these vendors throughout the planning process.

​Investment takes into account the complexity of your vision, location(s), number of vendors needed, guest count, and other factors. An hourly rate may be the best option! Please reach out to schedule a complimentary consult.
