 Partial Wedding Planning

For the couple seeking some assistance in sourcing the best vendors, as well as expert support in other areas of planning. 

  • Up to six one-hour meetings between planner Niamh and clients

  • Up to seven hours of planning work exclusively focused on your wedding (may include vendor sourcing, gathering proposals, phone calls, design, services, wedding website assistance, or other tasks)

  • Curated vendor list

  • Unlimited contact via email

  • Decor list for your reference

  • Seating chart assistance

  • Planning checklist

  • Shared google doc for our mutual reference 

  • Monthly phone or email check-ins with Niamh

  • Review vendor contracts

  • Niamh will attend pre-wedding vendor meetings via zoom or phone

  • Confirmation with vendors regarding delivery arrangements, quantities, menu selections, permitted entry times, venue requirements and rules, load-in and load-out details, and more

  • Attendance at 30-day venue walkthrough (if long-distance, this may be virtual)

  • Creation of detailed wedding day itinerary for wedding party and vendors​

  • Attend and lead ceremony rehearsal

  • Distribute vendor gratuities from couple as requested

  • Gather wedding day decor in advance for safe keeping

When you choose Sweetie Pie Weddings as your event designer...

 

  • You'll work with Niamh, Owner and Designer, throughout the design process, for ease and consistency

  • Niamh has worked with the best vendor creatives in the industry, and can pair you with those who meet your design aesthetic (saves time and possible frustration!)

  • To begin, we'll start with a fun yet structured "getting to know you" meeting

  • We will chat about your wedding vision, your "musts" and "must nots," and your unique story

  • Niamh will create a custom design board as the visual starting point

  • We'll fine-tune these ideas 

  • The end result? A unique wedding design that feels authentic and inspiring to you

  • Niamh will pare down vendor options based upon your wedding design

  • We will gather proposals from one or more of these trusted and talented vendor creatives, such as:

  • Florists

  • Event rental experts

  • Caterers

  • Linen purveyors

  • Musicians or DJs

  • Photographers

  • Videographers

  • Signage

  • Desserts

  • Venues

  • We'll review the proposal(s), and reference vendor websites for more insight

  • Niamh will be the main point of contact from start to finish with these vendors...asking follow up questions, scheduling meetings, reviewing contracts, and other needs

  • Niamh will be the main point of contact on your wedding day for all design-related matters 

  • You'll enjoy a wedding vibe that feels completely one-of-a-kind!

  • Investment is based upon the complexity of your vision, location(s), number of vendors needed, guest count, and the scope of Niamh's involvement. Please reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation. Niamh will create a custom proposal after meeting with you. Average is $4000-$5000.
